The availability of the accommodation is subject to confirmation by the organization and confirmation of the reservation is subject to payment of 30% of the total price of the accommodation. Some accommodations require deposits to be paid at check-in which are refundable at check-out. These are borne by the participants and their cost varies according to the type of hotel.
