The Douro Cup offers a free and exclusive transport network for members of the participating teams throughout the event.
It includes transfers of arrivals and departures from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport and/or Devesas Station and an internal circuit that allows the movement of the activities between accommodations, stadiums, canteen and sights.

Starting with the breakfast served at the accommodation, conviviality and sharing take shape in the canteen, where everyone replenishes energy at lunch and dinner.
The partner responsible for the supply has an Integrated Quality Management System including the following certificates: NP EN ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
The organization also includes offering an after-game snack to all participants.
All participants are covered by personal accident insurance and the tournament is covered by a liability insurance.
