FRAMEWORK<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1592\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1592\"><p>Any team that has completed the registration process, the registration of participants and completed payment of its participation with the organization through the means indicated, deadlines and conditions established, is considered eligible to participate.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #16a0af;\"><strong>2.1 Registration<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">a) Registration runs from October 1st to April 30th and is subject to availability of places in the respective class and\/or accommodation units, to be confirmed with the organization.<br \/>b) The program, conditions and costs of participation are available at dourocup.com.<br \/>c) To reserve their participation, the team must pay 30% of the total cost of their participation.<br \/>d) Each and every team is only guaranteed its participation if it completes payment in full within the established means and deadlines, by April 30th.<br \/>e) The organization only accepts payments in Euros and made by teams using the payment methods provided: ATM reference, MB Way (national teams) and Credit Card (international teams).<br \/>f) The organization accepts phased payments, as long as they are previously agreed by both parties, provided that the total cost of participation is paid by April 30.\u00a0<br \/>g) Teams can choose to cover the logistics of transport, food and accommodation on their own, by paying 150\u20ac\/Pax to ensure participation in the sport and experiences in the official program.\u00a0<br \/>h) The costs of bank fees and\/or exchange rates, if applicable, are borne by the participants.<br \/>j) All prices can be adjusted from January first.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #16a0af;\">2.2 Deposit bonds<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Some accommodations require refundable deposits to be paid by the participants, which vary according to the type of hotel, the conditions of which are communicated at the time of registration and selection of the accommodation.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #16a0af;\">2.3 Cancellation<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">a) The 30% participation fee is non-refundable.<br \/>b) The participation fee is refundable at 70% of the participation fee paid for cancellations requested by February 28th.<br \/>c) The participation fee is refundable at 50% of the participation fee paid for cancellations requested by April 30th.\u00a0<br \/>d) The participation fee is non-refundable for cancellations requested after May 1st.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #16a0af;\">2.4 Authorizations\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">a) All teams must request from their respective soccer federations or associations, a formal communication that does not oppose their participation in the tournament and send it by May 30.<br \/>b) In countries where soccer is organized by soccer schools, the organization also allows their participation, in which case the authorization of the club, school or association is required.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #16a0af;\"><strong>2.5 Traveling Visas\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The organization does not assume any responsibility or direct intervention with the competent entities responsible for issuing visas for entry into Portugal, and obtaining these is the sole responsibility of the participating teams and mandatory, where applicable, to formalize and conclude the registration and participation process.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #16a0af;\">2.6 Theft or Damage\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The organization is not liable for theft or damage to property and is not liable in any way for accidents, damages or economic losses that may arise in the event of war, warlike events, civil war, revolution or civil disturbances, or because of the actions of the authorities, strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, epidemics or similar events.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The organization assumes no responsibility in the event of theft of sports equipment or personal belongings of participants in the accommodation, transport, sports venues or other places related to the event.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #16a0af;\">2.7 Insurance<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">a) The Douro Cup is covered by civil liability insurance.<br \/>b) As a tournament approved by the Portuguese Football Federation, the clubs' sports insurance policy in force for the sporting season - contracted via the federation or association - is valid for participation in the tournament, with the conditions of each club's policy taking precedence<br \/>c) Teams with their own insurance policy must inform the organization and waive their insurance policy if they so wish.<br \/>d) The remaining participants, who are not insured by the sports insurance policy of their association and\/or federation, who are correctly and timely registered, within the established deadlines and conditions and with valid identification, are covered by personal accident insurance from the first to the last day of the tournament.\u00a0<br \/>e) The organization's personal accident insurance policy, when activated in the event of an accident, is valid in Portugal and abroad, in public or private hospitals and includes the following capital and coverage:<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">1. Morte ou Invalidez Permanente: 35.000,00\u20ac<br \/>2. Despesas de Tratamento: 5.500,00\u20ac<br \/>3. Despesas de Funeral: 2.290,00\u20ac<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">f) The organization's policy works on a reimbursement basis for the payment of expenses inherent to the claim, and it is the claimant's responsibility to assume any and all expenses until reimbursement.\u00a0<br \/>g) If an excess applies, the claimant is responsible for paying it.<br \/>h) The organization does not transport any injured party in its own vehicles, any transport being dependent on the Fire Brigade or the Emergency Ambulances, depending on the clinical episode.\u00a0<br \/>i) In the event of an accident, at least one person from the club and\/or guardian must accompany the victim, follow the organization's instructions and manage the process in conjunction and directly with the insurance company.<br \/>j) By registering, the club accepts the conditions of the personal accident policy and assumes responsibility for informing the coaches, managers and guardians of the participants about them.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #16a0af;\">2.8 Accreditation\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">a) \u00c9 o processo de acredita\u00e7\u00e3o por parte da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o a todos os participantes inscritos, que se realiza no dia de rece\u00e7\u00e3o na respetiva unidade de alojamento ou no Est\u00e1dio Universit\u00e1rio do Porto.<br \/>b) It can be done by a responsible registered representative of the club, who must be accompanied by the valid identification documents of all participants.<br \/>c) Equipas participantes sem alojamento, devem comparecer no 26\/06 no Est\u00e1dio Universit\u00e1rio do Porto, entre as 9h e as 12h.\u00a0<br \/>d) A pulseira e credencial fornecida no processo de credencia\u00e7\u00e3o a atletas e adultos inscritos, respetivamente, \u00e9 pessoal e intransmiss\u00edvel devendo ser utilizada durante todo o torneio de forma a garantir o acesso a todos os locais do mesmo.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1593\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1593\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><svg class=\"e-font-icon-svg e-fas-plus\" viewbox=\"0 0 448 512\" xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\"><path d=\"M416 208H272V64c0-17.67-14.33-32-32-32h-32c-17.67 0-32 14.33-32 32v144H32c-17.67 0-32 14.33-32 32v32c0 17.67 14.33 32 32 32h144v144c0 17.67 14.33 32 32 32h32c17.67 0 32-14.33 32-32V304h144c17.67 0 32-14.33 32-32v-32c0-17.67-14.33-32-32-32z\"><\/path><\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><svg class=\"e-font-icon-svg e-fas-minus\" viewbox=\"0 0 448 512\" xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\"><path d=\"M416 208H32c-17.67 0-32 14.33-32 32v32c0 17.67 14.33 32 32 32h384c17.67 0 32-14.33 32-32v-32c0-17.67-14.33-32-32-32z\"><\/path><\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">3. TOURNAMENT<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1593\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1593\"><p>The Douro Cup is a tournament approved by the Portuguese Football Federation and is played according to the soccer rules of FIFA and the Portuguese Football Federation, as well as the specific rules and any amendments defined by the organization.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #16a0af;\">3.1 Age Groups and requirements<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Male:\u00a0<br \/>Football 7: U-12 (2013-2014);\u00a0<br \/>Futebol 11: U-15 (2010-2011); U-17 (2008-2009);<\/p><p Estrelas.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">b) O complexo tem dois campos de futebol, designados por Campo 1 e Campo 2.<br \/>b) All playing fields are made of artificial grass.<br \/>c) Em caso de considering Size 5 for Football 11 and Size 4 for Football 7.<br \/>b) The organization may provide balls to be used in the transition between the teams' matches, depending on the time available to data on the match report must correspond correctly with the elements present at the game.\u00a0<br \/>d) Teams with players who are not registered and accredited will be excluded from the tournament.<br \/>e) If the same Club competes with two teams in the same category, the players of those teams may not alternate between teams.<br \/>f) Independentemente do n\u00famero de atletas \/>b) All teams must be ready to start at least 30 minutes before the start of the match for the purposes of age control by the organisation.\u00a0<br \/>c) Failure to turn up at least 15 minutes before the start of the match may lead to the team being given a no-show and, affecting the scheduled start time of the match, may be penalised with the corresponding score of 0-3.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><span style=\"color: #16a0af;\"><strong>3.6.5 Timetables, Results and Rankings<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">a) Os hor\u00e1rios, locais de jogo, resultados e classifica\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o anunciados online <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tournifyapp.com\/live\/dourocup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<br \/>b) The tournament schedule is sent to the participating teams at the official email address used to register the team, and is then posted online.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #16a0af;\"><strong>3.7 Competitive model<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">a) The teams are divided into groups of four, six or eight teams where they all play in a league system, in rounds;<br \/>b) Each team's ranking will be determined according to the following points obtained: Win = 3 Points; Draw = 1 Point; Loss = 0 Points;<br \/>c) If two or more teams finish with the same number of points, the classification will be decided as follows, in this order of criteria:<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">1) Goal difference;<br \/>2) Most goals scored;<br \/>3) Results between teams with the same number of points;<br \/>4) Penalty kick scoring tournament.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">d) The play-off phase starts in the quarter-finals and will depend on the number of groups per age group;<br \/>e) All play-off matches will be decided by the direct elimination system;<br \/>f) A draw in the play-off matches will be decided by penalty kicks in accordance with FIFA rules;<br \/>g) The score will be a series of three (3) penalty kicks. If the tie remains, as many penalties as necessary will be taken until a winner is found.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #16a0af;\"><strong>3.8 Players and substitutions<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">a) No team may use more than the maximum number allowed per age group; <br \/>b) Teams must have their players ready to play on the pitch no later than 10 minutes before kick-off;<br \/>c) At the start of each match, the team must field at least 7 players in 11-a-side soccer competitions and at least 5 players in 7-a-side soccer competitions;<br \/>d) The substitution must be made near the halfway line, on the side of the benches;<br \/>e) The substitution must take place during a stoppage in play. In other words, it can be made without the game being deliberately interrupted by the referee.<br \/>f) The exception to this is the substitution of the goalkeeper, which must take place when play is stopped by the referee, who must be informed beforehand and authorize it; <br \/>g) Any player who is substituted may re-enter the game; <br \/>h) All incorrect substitutions will be penalized with a yellow card;<br \/>i) If the referee judges a substitution of a player for the purpose of wasting time, he may prevent the substitution from taking place.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #16a0af;\"><strong>3.9 Game equipment<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">a) If the teams use the same or similar colors of equipment and, in the referee's opinion, they could be confused, the team that appears first in the official match schedule will be the one wearing the Douro Cup official vests;<br \/>b) If possible, this measure may be replaced by a change of playing equipment by one of the teams;<br \/>c) The number on the back of the jerseys is compulsory;<br \/>d) The number of the players on the match board must be the same as the number on the players' jerseys;<br \/>e) Two players cannot wear the same number in the same game;<br \/>f) No player may change their number during the same game. The exception is when the jersey is damaged but the referee's authorization is required;<br \/>g) Failure to comply with this rule will penalize the player with a yellow card and the player will have to leave the game to put on the appropriate jersey;<br \/>h) The player may only enter the game when properly equipped and with the referee's consent; <br \/>i) The use of shin pads is compulsory in matches; <br \/>j) If the player has not put them on, he may only re-enter or join the game when he is properly equipped and with the referee's consent;<br \/>k) All players must wear soccer boots suitable for synthetic surfaces, and the use of aluminum studs is prohibited.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #16a0af;\"><strong>3.10 Referees<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">a) All referees are official;<br \/>b) All 7-a-side soccer matches are refereed by 1 referee;<br \/>c) All 11-a-side soccer matches are directed by 1 referee and 2 assistant referees;<br \/>d) The referees' decisions are unappealable.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"color: #16a0af;\"><strong>3.11 Discipline<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">a) Teams are responsible for the conduct of their players, coaching staff, supporters and family members during matches;<br \/>b) Teams may lose a match and\/or be expelled from the tournament on the grounds of improper conduct displayed by any of their agents and\/or supporters;<br \/>c) All protests must be submitted in writing via email to info@dourocup.com, by the team manager no later than 1 hour after the end of the match;<br \/>d) The opening of a protest procedure requires the payment of a fee of \u20ac100 to be paid at the time of the exhibition to IBAN PT50 0033 0000 4548 7421 2400 5, proof of which must be attached to the protest. In the event of a successful outcome, the fee will be refunded;<br \/>e) Protests based on refereeing decisions will not be accepted;<br \/>f) Yellow cards are not cumulative;<br \/>g) A red card suspends any player from taking part in the next match. ENQUADRAMENTO Considera-se apta a participar toda e qualquer equipa federada que tenha conclu\u00eddo o processo de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o do clube, o registo de participantes e, conclu\u00eddo pagamentos da sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o junto da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s dos meios indicados, prazos e condi\u00e7\u00f5es estabelecidos. 2.1 Inscri\u00e7\u00f5es a) As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es decorrem de 1 de outubro a 30 de abril, estando sujeitas a disponibilidade de vagas no respetivo escal\u00e3o e\/ou unidades de alojamento, a confirmar junto da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.b) O programa, condi\u00e7\u00f5es e custos de participa\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis em dourocup.com.c) Para reservar a sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o, a equipa deve proceder ao pagamento de 30% do custo total da sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o.d) Toda e qualquer equipa s\u00f3 tem garantida a sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o, concluindo a totalidade do pagamento da mesma nos meios e prazos estabelecidos, at\u00e9 30 de abril.e) A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o aceita exclusivamente pagamentos em Euros e realizados por clubes, atrav\u00e9s dos meios de pagamento disponibilizados: Refer\u00eancia Multibanco, MB Way (equipas nacionais) e Cart\u00e3o de Cr\u00e9dito (equipas internacionais).f) A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o aceita pagamentos faseados, desde que previamente acordados pelas partes, na condi\u00e7\u00e3o do custo total de participa\u00e7\u00e3o ser liquidado at\u00e9 30 de abril.\u00a0g) As equipas podem optar por suportar a log\u00edstica de transporte, alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e alojamento por sua conta, mediante pagamento de 150\u20ac\/Pax para assegurar participa\u00e7\u00e3o desportiva e experi\u00eancias do programa oficial.\u00a0h) Os custos com taxas banc\u00e1rias e\/ou c\u00e2mbios, se aplic\u00e1veis, s\u00e3o suportados pelos participantes.j) Todos os pre\u00e7os est\u00e3o sujeitos a altera\u00e7\u00f5es a partir de 1\/Jan. 2.2 Cau\u00e7\u00f5es Alguns alojamentos exigem cau\u00e7\u00f5es reembols\u00e1veis a suportar pelos participantes e que variam mediante o tipo de unidade hoteleira, cujas condi\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o transmitidas no momento de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o e sele\u00e7\u00e3o do alojamento. 2.3 Cancelamento a) A reserva de participa\u00e7\u00e3o no valor de 30% n\u00e3o \u00e9 reembols\u00e1vel.b) O valor da participa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 reembols\u00e1vel em 70% do valor de participa\u00e7\u00e3o pago para cancelamentos solicitados at\u00e9 28 de fevereiro.c) O valor da participa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 reembols\u00e1vel em 50% do valor de participa\u00e7\u00e3o pago para cancelamentos solicitados at\u00e9 30 de abril.\u00a0d) O valor da participa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 reembols\u00e1vel para cancelamentos solicitados a partir de 1 de maio. 2.4 Autoriza\u00e7\u00f5es\u00a0 a) Todas as equipas devem solicitar \u00e0s suas federa\u00e7\u00f5es ou associa\u00e7\u00f5es de futebol respetivas, uma\u00a0 comunica\u00e7\u00e3o formal que n\u00e3o se oponha \u00e0 sua\u00a0 participa\u00e7\u00e3o no torneio e envi\u00e1-la at\u00e9 30 de maio.b) Nos pa\u00edses onde o futebol \u00e9 organizado por escolas de futebol, a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m permite a sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o, valendo para estes casos, a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do clube, escola ou associa\u00e7\u00e3o. 2.5 Vistos\u00a0 A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o assume qualquer responsabilidade ou interven\u00e7\u00e3o direta com as entidades competentes e respons\u00e1veis pela emiss\u00e3o de vistos para entrada em Portugal, sendo a obten\u00e7\u00e3o destes, da total responsabilidade das equipas participantes e, obrigat\u00f3ria, sempre que aplic\u00e1vel, para formalizar e concluir o processo de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o e participa\u00e7\u00e3o. 2.6 Danos\u00a0 A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o se responsabiliza por roubo ou dano \u00e0 propriedade e n\u00e3o se responsabiliza de forma alguma por acidentes, danos ou perdas econ\u00f3micas que podem surgir no caso de guerra, acontecimentos b\u00e9licos, guerra civil, revolu\u00e7\u00e3o ou dist\u00farbios civis, ou por causa das a\u00e7\u00f5es das autoridades, greves, bloqueios, desastres naturais, epidemias ou eventos similares.\u00a0 A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o assume qualquer responsabilidade em caso de roubo de equipamentos desportivos ou pertences pessoais dos participantes no alojamento, transporte, nos locais desportivos ou outros locais afetos ao evento. 2.7 Seguros a) O Douro Cup est\u00e1 coberto por um seguro de responsabilidade civil.b) Enquanto torneio homologado pela Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Portuguesa de Futebol, a ap\u00f3lice de seguro desportivo dos clubes em vigor para a \u00e9poca desportiva &#8211; contratada via federa\u00e7\u00e3o ou associa\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; \u00e9 v\u00e1lida para a participa\u00e7\u00e3o no torneio, prevalecendo as condi\u00e7\u00f5es da ap\u00f3lice de cada clube.c) Os clubes com ap\u00f3lice de seguro pr\u00f3pria, devem informar a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e abdicar, se o entenderem, do seguro da mesma quando aplic\u00e1vel.d) Aos restantes participantes, n\u00e3o segurados pela ap\u00f3lice de seguro desportivo da respetiva associa\u00e7\u00e3o e\/ou federa\u00e7\u00e3o, que estejam correta e atempadamente inscritos, dentro dos prazos e condi\u00e7\u00f5es\u00a0 estabelecidos e com identifica\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00e1lida, est\u00e3o cobertos por um seguro de acidentes pessoais do primeiro ao \u00faltimo dia do torneio.\u00a0e) A ap\u00f3lice de seguro de acidentes pessoais da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, quando acionada em caso de sinistro, \u00e9 v\u00e1lida em Portugal e no estrangeiro, em entidades hospitalares p\u00fablicas ou privadas e contempla os seguintes capitais e coberturas: 1. Morte ou Invalidez Permanente: 35.000,00\u20ac2. Despesas de Tratamento: 5.500,00\u20ac3. Despesas de Funeral: 2.290,00\u20ac f) A ap\u00f3lice da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o funciona por reembolso para efeitos de pagamento de despesas inerentes ao sinistro, sendo da responsabilidade do sinistrado assumir toda e qualquer despesa at\u00e9 ao reembolso.\u00a0g) Na aplicabilidade de uma franquia, o pagamento da mesma \u00e9 da responsabilidade do sinistrado.h) A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o transporta nenhum sinistrado em ve\u00edculos da mesma, estando qualquer transporte dependente de Bombeiros ou INEM, em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do epis\u00f3dio cl\u00ednico.\u00a0i) Em caso de sinistro, pelo menos um respons\u00e1vel do clube e\/ou encarregado de educa\u00e7\u00e3o deve acompanhar o sinistrado, seguir as instru\u00e7\u00f5es da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e gerir o processo em articula\u00e7\u00e3o e diretamente com a seguradora.j) Ao inscrever-se, o clube aceita as condi\u00e7\u00f5es da ap\u00f3lice de acidentes pessoais e assume a responsabilidade de informar os treinadores, dirigentes e encarregados de educa\u00e7\u00e3o dos participantes sobre as mesmas. 2.8 Credencia\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0 a) \u00c9 o processo de acredita\u00e7\u00e3o por parte da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o a todos os participantes inscritos, que se realiza no dia de rece\u00e7\u00e3o na respetiva unidade de alojamento ou no Est\u00e1dio Universit\u00e1rio do Porto.b) Pode ser realizado por um representante respons\u00e1vel inscrito do clube, devendo este fazer-se acompanhar dos documentos de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00e1lidos de todos os participantes.c) Equipas participantes sem alojamento, devem comparecer no 26\/06 no Est\u00e1dio Universit\u00e1rio do Porto, entre as 9h e as 12h.\u00a0d) A pulseira e credencial fornecida no processo de credencia\u00e7\u00e3o a atletas e adultos inscritos, respetivamente, \u00e9 pessoal e intransmiss\u00edvel devendo ser utilizada durante todo o torneio de forma a garantir o acesso a todos os locais do mesmo. 3. ORGANIZA\u00c7\u00c3O O Douro Cup \u00e9 organizado pela BEAUTIFUL SUBJECT, LDA. que atrav\u00e9s deste regulamento, define as suas regras de participa\u00e7\u00e3o e\u00a0funcionamento. 2. ENQUADRAMENTO Considera-se apta a participar toda e qualquer equipa federada que tenha conclu\u00eddo o processo de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o do clube, o registo de participantes e, conclu\u00eddo pagamentos da sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o junto da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s dos meios indicados, prazos e condi\u00e7\u00f5es estabelecidos. 2.1 Inscri\u00e7\u00f5es a) As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es decorrem de 1 de outubro a 30 de abril, estando sujeitas a disponibilidade de vagas no respetivo escal\u00e3o e\/ou unidades de alojamento, a confirmar junto da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.b) O programa, condi\u00e7\u00f5es e custos de participa\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis em dourocup.com.c) Para reservar a sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o, a equipa deve proceder ao pagamento de 30% do custo total da sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o.d) Toda e qualquer equipa s\u00f3 tem garantida a sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o, concluindo a totalidade do pagamento da mesma nos meios e prazos estabelecidos, at\u00e9 30 de abril.e) A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o aceita exclusivamente pagamentos em Euros e realizados por clubes, atrav\u00e9s dos meios de pagamento disponibilizados: Refer\u00eancia Multibanco, MB Way (equipas nacionais) e Cart\u00e3o de Cr\u00e9dito (equipas internacionais).f) A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o aceita pagamentos faseados, desde que previamente acordados pelas partes, na condi\u00e7\u00e3o do custo total de participa\u00e7\u00e3o ser liquidado at\u00e9 30 de abril.\u00a0g) As equipas podem optar por suportar a log\u00edstica de transporte, alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e alojamento por sua conta, mediante pagamento de 150\u20ac\/Pax para assegurar participa\u00e7\u00e3o desportiva e experi\u00eancias do programa oficial.\u00a0h) Os custos com taxas banc\u00e1rias e\/ou c\u00e2mbios, se aplic\u00e1veis, s\u00e3o suportados pelos participantes.j) Todos os pre\u00e7os est\u00e3o sujeitos a altera\u00e7\u00f5es a partir de 1\/Jan. 2.2 Cau\u00e7\u00f5es Alguns alojamentos exigem cau\u00e7\u00f5es reembols\u00e1veis a suportar pelos participantes e que variam mediante o tipo de unidade hoteleira, cujas condi\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o transmitidas no momento de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o e sele\u00e7\u00e3o do alojamento. 2.3 Cancelamento a) A reserva de participa\u00e7\u00e3o no valor de 30% n\u00e3o \u00e9 reembols\u00e1vel.b) O valor da participa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 reembols\u00e1vel em 70% do valor de participa\u00e7\u00e3o pago para cancelamentos solicitados at\u00e9 28 de fevereiro.c) O valor da participa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 reembols\u00e1vel em 50% do valor de participa\u00e7\u00e3o pago para cancelamentos solicitados at\u00e9 30 de abril.\u00a0d) O valor da participa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 reembols\u00e1vel para cancelamentos solicitados a partir de 1 de maio. 2.4 Autoriza\u00e7\u00f5es\u00a0 a) Todas as equipas devem solicitar \u00e0s suas federa\u00e7\u00f5es ou associa\u00e7\u00f5es de futebol respetivas, uma\u00a0 comunica\u00e7\u00e3o formal que n\u00e3o se oponha \u00e0 sua\u00a0 participa\u00e7\u00e3o no torneio e envi\u00e1-la at\u00e9 30 de maio.b) Nos pa\u00edses onde o futebol \u00e9 organizado por escolas de futebol, a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m permite a sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o, valendo para estes casos, a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do clube, escola ou associa\u00e7\u00e3o. 2.5 Vistos\u00a0 A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o assume qualquer responsabilidade ou interven\u00e7\u00e3o direta com as entidades competentes e respons\u00e1veis pela emiss\u00e3o de vistos para entrada em Portugal, sendo a obten\u00e7\u00e3o destes, da total responsabilidade das equipas participantes e, obrigat\u00f3ria, sempre que aplic\u00e1vel, para formalizar e concluir o processo de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o e participa\u00e7\u00e3o. 2.6 Danos\u00a0 A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o se responsabiliza por roubo ou dano \u00e0 propriedade e n\u00e3o se responsabiliza de forma alguma por acidentes, danos ou perdas econ\u00f3micas que podem surgir no caso de guerra, acontecimentos b\u00e9licos, guerra civil, revolu\u00e7\u00e3o ou dist\u00farbios civis, ou por causa das a\u00e7\u00f5es das autoridades, greves, bloqueios, desastres naturais, epidemias ou eventos similares.\u00a0 A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o assume qualquer responsabilidade em caso de roubo de equipamentos desportivos ou pertences pessoais dos participantes no alojamento, transporte, nos locais desportivos ou outros locais afetos ao evento. 2.7 Seguros a) O Douro Cup est\u00e1 coberto por um seguro de responsabilidade civil.b) Enquanto torneio homologado pela Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Portuguesa de Futebol, a ap\u00f3lice de seguro desportivo dos clubes em vigor para a \u00e9poca desportiva &#8211; contratada via federa\u00e7\u00e3o ou associa\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; \u00e9 v\u00e1lida para a participa\u00e7\u00e3o no torneio, prevalecendo as condi\u00e7\u00f5es da ap\u00f3lice de cada clube.c) Os clubes com ap\u00f3lice de seguro pr\u00f3pria, devem informar a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e abdicar, se o entenderem, do seguro da mesma quando aplic\u00e1vel.d) Aos restantes participantes, n\u00e3o segurados pela ap\u00f3lice de seguro desportivo da respetiva associa\u00e7\u00e3o e\/ou federa\u00e7\u00e3o, que estejam correta e atempadamente inscritos, dentro dos prazos e condi\u00e7\u00f5es\u00a0 estabelecidos e com identifica\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00e1lida, est\u00e3o cobertos por um seguro de acidentes pessoais do primeiro ao \u00faltimo dia do torneio.\u00a0e) A ap\u00f3lice de seguro de acidentes pessoais da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, quando acionada em caso de sinistro, \u00e9 v\u00e1lida em Portugal e no estrangeiro, em entidades hospitalares p\u00fablicas ou privadas e contempla os seguintes capitais e coberturas: 1. Morte ou Invalidez Permanente: 35.000,00\u20ac2. Despesas de Tratamento: 5.500,00\u20ac3. Despesas de Funeral: 2.290,00\u20ac f) A ap\u00f3lice da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o funciona por reembolso para efeitos de pagamento de despesas inerentes ao sinistro, sendo da responsabilidade do sinistrado assumir toda e qualquer despesa at\u00e9 ao reembolso.\u00a0g) Na aplicabilidade de uma franquia, o pagamento da mesma \u00e9 da responsabilidade do sinistrado.h) A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o transporta nenhum sinistrado em ve\u00edculos da mesma, estando qualquer transporte dependente de Bombeiros ou INEM, em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do epis\u00f3dio cl\u00ednico.\u00a0i) Em caso de sinistro, pelo menos um respons\u00e1vel do clube e\/ou encarregado de educa\u00e7\u00e3o deve acompanhar o sinistrado, seguir as instru\u00e7\u00f5es da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e gerir o processo em articula\u00e7\u00e3o e diretamente com a seguradora.j) Ao inscrever-se, o clube aceita as condi\u00e7\u00f5es da ap\u00f3lice de acidentes pessoais e assume a responsabilidade de informar os treinadores, dirigentes e encarregados de educa\u00e7\u00e3o dos participantes sobre as mesmas. 2.8 Credencia\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0 a) \u00c9 o processo de acredita\u00e7\u00e3o por parte da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o a todos os participantes inscritos, que se realiza no dia de rece\u00e7\u00e3o na respetiva unidade de alojamento ou no Est\u00e1dio Universit\u00e1rio do Porto.b) Pode ser realizado por um representante respons\u00e1vel inscrito do clube, devendo este fazer-se acompanhar dos documentos de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o v\u00e1lidos de todos os participantes.c) Equipas participantes sem alojamento, devem comparecer no 26\/06 no Est\u00e1dio Universit\u00e1rio do Porto, entre as 9h e as 12h.\u00a0d) A pulseira e credencial fornecida no processo de credencia\u00e7\u00e3o a atletas e adultos inscritos, respetivamente, \u00e9 pessoal e intransmiss\u00edvel devendo ser utilizada durante todo o torneio de forma a garantir o acesso a todos os locais do mesmo. 3.
